Supporting contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams & tender support teams. Your quote, datasheet, and technical documents are built around your BOQ or spec, ready for your tender file and project delivery documents.
No full BOQ yet? Send a code or spec — we'll confirm quote timeline or missing details.
Send your BOQ or spec — we organize the quotation, respond to conductor questions, and prepare pre-PO documents before order placement.
Your quote, datasheet, and any conductor questions stay in one project thread. Follow-up questions and revisions are logged there too, so changes stay tied to confirmed datasheet details.
We organize the technical datasheet and draft PI. If a third-party report is required or requested, we confirm timing and cost separately.
We make the aluminum basis and conversion cost clear with the quote. The adjustment formula is confirmed at PO, and later changes are calculated by that formula, not reopened as new terms.
Select a product family below to view standards, key notes, and datasheet links. GSW, CCS, and HDBC are listed as related wire products, not aluminum conductor families. For code or wording not shown here, send it for review.

Send the code or wording from tender or project documents. Within 12 hours, we confirm listed-family match, missing details, and datasheet or quote timing.
Every production batch goes through in-house QC. Existing third-party reports are shared where available. New testing is arranged only after scope, cost, and timing are confirmed.
DC resistance from 0.01 μΩ to 200 Ω with automatic temperature correction (0–40 °C).
Tensile testing for individual aluminum strands and galvanized-steel core wires before stranding.
Wrap and torsion on aluminum strand (0–6 mm) and galvanized steel core (0–4 mm); reverse-bend on wires 0.3–10 mm.
Vision-based wire diameter, conductor OD (1–80 mm), and lay-length verification, sampled drum-by-drum during stranding.
Finished-conductor type tests are verified by CNAS-accredited labs under ISO/IEC 17025 and the ILAC MRA framework, with reports used for utility and EPC procurement review where required.
Existing reports are shared where available. New third-party testing is arranged only after the required test scope, cost, and typical 4–8 week timing are confirmed.Sample CNAS Reports
Sample CNAS reports shown here. For other codes, we confirm whether an existing file is available or new testing is required.
ISO certificates cover factory management systems, not individual conductor type tests.
We quote in the standard, code, and size your client wrote. Vietnam: 240/40, 330/43, 400/51. Myanmar: Drake, Duck, Tern, Bunting, Wolf, IBIS.
Galvanized for default lines. AW (aluminum-clad) for coastal corridors. HTLS to uprate existing lines without new towers.
Wooden, steel-wooden, or returnable steel. ISPM-15 fumigated. Single length per drum, cut to your client's tower schedule.
Drum label carries your PO number, project code, and consignee. No relabelling at port. Standard markings stay per IEC / BS / ASTM.
Bare aluminum corrodes if salt air touches it. Every drum ships in a sealed 20'GP, 40'GP, or 40'HQ. Never open-top or flat-rack.
Before sealing, we send drum-by-drum photos showing bracing, drum orientation, ISPM-15 stamp, and your project reference.
You don't chase shipment status. We send 5 milestone updates, with CIF, CFR, FOB, and beneficiary details confirmed at quote stage.
Milestone updates we push to you
Engineers review your submission and reply with a datasheet, price basis, and validity window, ready to attach to your client's file.
