Flexible Rubber Cables

Flexible Rubber Cables

Application

Flexible power cables based on vulcanized rubber, rated for 450/750 V. Suitable for diverse environments depending on the specific construction grade:

  • Light-Duty (Dry areas): Household appliances (vacuums, irons), kitchen equipment, office machines, and hand tools.
  • Medium & Heavy-Duty (Indoor/Outdoor/Wet): Industrial plants, construction sites, agricultural machines, power tools (drills, saws), and heating equipment.
  • Specialized/Flexible: Welding machine electrodes, automotive industry, shipbuilding, transport/conveyor systems, and robotics.

Construction

  • Conductor: Bare or tinned copper, flexible Class 5.
  • Separator: Polyester tape (optional).
  • Insulation: Silicone rubber, Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), or equivalent materials.
  • Filler: Rubber compound (cross-linked or uncross-linked), synthetic textiles, or paper.
  • Outer Sheath: Cross-linked rubber or equivalent synthetic elastomer.
