Our N2XSERY – YJLSV32 cable features a robust design. It starts with high-quality aluminum conductors, which are class 2 and circularly compacted. A non-metallic, semi-conducting compound screens the conductor. The insulation is made from Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE), known for its excellent electrical properties. Another layer of non-metallic, semi-conducting compound screens the insulation.
For effective grounding, a copper wire metallic screen is integrated. Non-hygroscopic fillers maintain the cableโs internal structure. A PVC inner sheath provides additional protection. A key feature is the steel wire armor. This armor offers outstanding mechanical protection against external damage. Finally, a durable PVC outer sheath provides strong resistance to environmental elements. This construction ensures good electrical and mechanical properties.
