N2XSBY – YJV62 (CU/XLPE/CTS/ATA/PVC)

N2XSBY (YJV62) Single Core, Copper Tape Screen CU/XLPE/CTS/STA/PVC offers good electrical and mechanical properties. It features minimal dielectric loss and high insulation resistance.

INTRODUCTION

N2XSBY (YJV62) Single Core, Copper Tape Screen CU/XLPE/CTS/STA/PVC is a medium voltage cable for distribution networks. It is suitable for laying indoor, tunnel, cables trench and underground, and is able to bear external mechanical forces, but unable to bear heavy pulling force, it widely used in transformer stations, electric power plants and industrial plants.

CONSTRUCTION

Conductor : Copper or aluminum, class 2, circular compacted conductors
Conductor screen: Non – metallic, semi – conducting compound
Insulation: Cross – linked polyethylene (XLPE)
Insulation screen: Non – metallic, semi – conducting compound
Metallic screen: Copper tape
Inner sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
Armour: Non – magnetic steel tape
Outer sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
