ABC Cable (3+1+2 Core)

ZD CABLE’s Aerial Bounded Cable (ABC) is primarily used for overhead power lines. It is an excellent choice for supplying electricity to street lights, outdoor lighting systems, and temporary power for construction sites. ABC cable is designed to operate safely at a voltage of 0.6/1kV and can withstand outdoor weather conditions.

Features:

  • Includes 3 phase wires, 1 neutral wire, and 2 dedicated wires for street lighting in a single bundle.
  • Uses All Aluminum Conductors (AAC) for phase and lighting, and All Aluminum Alloy Conductors (AAAC) for the neutral wire to increase strength.

ZD CABLE offers a Aerial Bounded Cable (ABC) designed for overhead power networks. The specific cable features a “3+1+2” configuration, making it highly efficient for urban areas.

  • 3 Phase Conductors: Made of circular compacted aluminum (AAC).
  • 1 Neutral Conductor: Made of circular compacted aluminum alloy (AAAC) for extra support.
  • 2 Public Lighting Conductors: Made of aluminum (AAC) specifically to power street lights.

Every wire in this bundle is covered with black Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. The insulation is strong and protects the wires from weather damage and sunlight (UV rays). The cable is rated for 0.6/1kV and works safely at temperatures up to 90°C.
