ABC Cable (3+1+1 Core)

ZD CABLE’s Aerial Bounded Cable (ABC) is primarily used for overhead power lines. It is an excellent choice for supplying electricity to street lights, outdoor lighting systems, and temporary power for construction sites. ABC cable is designed to operate safely at a voltage of 0.6/1kV and can withstand outdoor weather conditions.

Features:

Features a “3+1+1” design, combining 3 power wires, 1 neutral wire, and 1 dedicated wire for street lighting.
Uses All Aluminum Conductors (AAC) for phase and lighting, and All Aluminum Alloy Conductors (AAAC) for the neutral wire to provide extra strength.
Includes a specific core for public lighting, eliminating the need for a separate lighting cable.

ZD CABLE offers a specialized Aerial Bounded Cable (ABC) designed for overhead power networks. This cable features a “3+1+1” configuration, which is very efficient for supplying power and lighting at the same time.

3 Phase Conductors: Made of circular compacted aluminum (AAC).
1 Neutral Conductor: Made of circular compacted aluminum alloy (AAAC). This wire is stronger and helps support the weight of the cable.
1 Public Lighting Conductor: Made of aluminum (AAC) specifically to power street lights.

Every wire in this assembly is covered with black Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. The insulation is tough and protects the wires from weather damage and sunlight (UV rays). ABC cable is rated for 0.6/1kV and works safely at conductor temperatures up to 90°C.
