Bare Overhead Conductor Manufacturer for Your Tender Spec or Code

Supporting contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams & tender support teams. Your quote and datasheet are built from whatever you already have — a spec, a code, a drawing excerpt. A full BOQ helps but isn't required to get started.

  • A type test report that doesn't exist yet takes 4–8 weeks to produce, not days. We confirm within 12 hours whether your exact code already has one on file.
  • Documents prepared for tender file, PO review, and customs clearance.
  • Engineer replies within 12 hours to urgent tender file requests, confirming quote timeline or missing details.
  • 12+ years quoting against IEC, ASTM, BS, GB, and GOST-based tender specs, not just manufacturing to our own standard sheet.

Either works — we confirm quote timeline and any missing details within 12 hours.

What Happens After Your Spec Matches — ACSR × JLCCNC style reuse

What Happens After Your Spec Matches

Once your spec matches a listed conductor type, here's exactly what happens next — from first message to purchase order.

One Thread From Spec to PO

Your spec, engineer's review notes, quote, datasheet, and draft PI stay in a single project thread — not scattered across separate emails. Revisions are logged against the same thread, so nothing gets lost between versions.

An Engineer Reviews Your Spec, Not a Sales Template

Before you get a number, an engineer checks your spec against what's actually on file — including whether a type test report already exists for your exact code, or would need to be commissioned. Gaps get flagged to you before they turn into a PO-stage surprise, not after.

Price Basis Fixed in the Quote. Formula — Not Renegotiation — Governs Changes at PO.

Aluminum-linked pricing means the number on a quote isn't automatically the number at PO. We state the basis and the adjustment formula together, upfront, so any later movement is calculated, not reopened as new terms.

Quality Verification (two-layer QC) — ACSR × JLCCNC style reuse

Batch QC In-House. Third-Party Reports When Required.

Every batch is sample-tested with its own in-house Routine Test Report. Existing third-party Type Test (CNAS) reports are shared where available — new testing is arranged only after scope, cost, and timing are confirmed.

Third-party type testing — finished-conductor level
CNAS-accredited third-party labs

Type Test Reports for Finished Conductors

Finished-conductor type tests are verified by CNAS-accredited labs under ISO/IEC 17025 and the ILAC MRA framework, with reports used for utility and EPC procurement review where required.

Existing reports are shared where available. New third-party testing is arranged only after the required test scope, cost, and typical 4–8 week timing are confirmed.

Sample CNAS Reports

Sample CNAS reports shown here. For other codes, we confirm whether an existing file is available or new testing is required.

Management System Certificates

ISO certificates cover factory management systems, not individual conductor type tests.

Where Export Paperwork Usually Goes Wrong — ACSR × JLCCNC style reuse

Where Export Paperwork Usually Goes Wrong — And How We Handle It.

Packing List, Invoice, Bill of Lading, and Drum Marks Have to Match Exactly

Quantities, weights, and marks — if any one of these four is off, that's the most common reason a shipment gets held at customs, not a missing document. We cross-check all four before loading.

The Bill of Lading Arrives First. A Certificate of Origin, If Needed, Follows a Few Days Later.

The B/L arrives about 48 hours after sailing. If your destination requires a Certificate of Origin — for example, to claim a tariff preference — it isn't issued together with the B/L; it follows separately, a few days after. Not every shipment needs one; we confirm what applies to yours at order stage.

If Your Destination Needs a Legalized Certificate, Flag It at Order Stage

Some countries require the Certificate of Origin to be legalized through a consulate or chamber of commerce — this needs lead time to arrange. Tell us your destination's specific requirement when you order; raising it after the cargo is packed usually means rework or delay.

FAQ (5 questions) — ACSR × JLCCNC style reuse

Questions Buyers Ask Before They Commit.

Because small gaps in the spec force suppliers to guess — standard, drum length, packing, and destination all change the number. Send these 6 things and you'll get quotes you can actually compare: conductor type/code, reference standard, quantity, drum length, drum type, and destination + Incoterm. Add any test reports your tender file requires. We reply within 12 hours.
You can start at our MOQ of 1,000 metres — enough to test quality and process before scaling to your full project volume. Lead time runs 7–30 days depending on order size and the current production calendar; send your quantity and deadline and we'll confirm both exactly.
LC at sight and TT 30/70 (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) are our baseline. Smaller orders, repeat buyers, and framework agreements can move to other terms — we settle the specific clause at the quote stage based on order size and history.
Payment terms can — repeat buyers and framework/multi-phase agreements are evaluated differently from a first order, confirmed at quote stage based on order history. If you already expect follow-on phases, mention it early; it affects what we can offer.
Neither — SGS, BV, TÜV, or your own appointed inspector can witness testing at our factory once scope and schedule are confirmed. You don't have to rely on our word alone.
